Console Notebook uses WebSocket (Socket.IO) to deliver notifications instantly without needing to refresh the page. You receive a real-time notification when:
  1. Someone sends you a friend request or accepts yours.
  2. Someone sends you a direct message.
  3. The support team replies to your repair request.
A red badge with the unread count appears on the bell icon in the community sidebar. Click it to open the notifications panel.
💡 Notifications are delivered to the specific device and browser tab that is currently open. If you are logged in on multiple devices, each receives its own notification stream.
Open the notifications panel (bell icon in the community sidebar) and click Mark all as read. All unread notifications are cleared at once. You can also mark individual notifications as read by clicking them.
