- 1Go to Community → Repair Wizard.
- 2Select your console brand (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC, or Other).
- 3Enter the console model (e.g. PlayStation 4 Slim).
- 4Select one or more symptoms from the pre-defined list for your brand.
- 5Optionally describe a custom symptom or add more details in the description field.
- 6Click Submit request.
Your request is sent to the Console Notebook team and a notification email is dispatched immediately.
