The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate the response. Include:
  1. The exact console model and any hardware revision (e.g. PS4 CUH-1200).
  2. When the problem started and what may have triggered it.
  3. Any error codes or messages displayed.
  4. What you have already tried.
  5. Whether the console has been previously repaired or modified.
The Repair Wizard has pre-defined symptom lists for five brands:
  1. PlayStation — all PS consoles (PS1 through PS5).
  2. Xbox — all Xbox consoles.
  3. Nintendo — all Nintendo consoles and handhelds.
  4. PC — PC gaming hardware issues.
  5. Other — Sega, Atari, SNK, and any other brand not listed above.
Go to Community → Repair Wizard → My Requests. Each request shows its current status:
  1. Pending — your request has been received and is waiting for review.
  2. In progress — the team is actively working on a response.
  3. Resolved — a reply has been provided.
When the team updates your request status or adds a reply, you will receive an email notification to the address registered on your account. You can also see the reply directly in My Requests at any time.
Response times vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the current volume of requests. There is no guaranteed SLA. For urgent or complex repairs, we recommend also posting in the community forum where other users can offer help sooner.
